I realized immediately after getting all the way back home. Parked my car & was like wait what? It's 25 miles from my place. I thought about cancelling it right then & there but had a good feeling if I'd go back there's a good chance it fell out of my basketball shorts I was wearing & I'd find it where I parked in their lot. Scanned the entire spot & surrounding area of the lot where I parked- no luck, went to customer service- they had a wad of cards that customers left behind but sadly mine wasn't one of em. Asked every employee at checkout area & the greeter if they saw my card but nope, nada.
Called my bank & cancelled it. Should be getting a new one in the mail within a week. Thankfully no one attempted to use it since I lost it. Idk how & where it could've gone...this **** doesn't happen to me, my first time ever. I was like to lighten the weight I'll just take my debit card outta my wallet instead of carrying the entire wallet. I had on these bball shorts with them not so deep pockets & my phone was in the same pocket, I think it fell out when I pulled out my phone before entering my car smh. Turns out that good feeling of hoping to find it was just me being delusional
. Frikkin drove an entire extra 50 miles for this crap so 100 total & no luck 
...all that gas gone to waste on top.

Any 14-year-old kid who is thinking why not steal a pack of cards, got these Topps packs at the gas station and one of the packs had this. Don’t know if some buzzer goes off at a gas station exit door if you don’t pay.
Don’t feel too bad, at least you caught the mistake early. Some don’t realize until the next day. You’ll be much more careful now so that’s a plus. I was like but for my house keys.

A while back got 2 notifications around 6am that someone had tried to use my debit card to pay for a house cleaning service in the uk. Craziest thing is i've never been to the uk and my card was in my wallet so not sure how they got my info but had to cancel it and get a new one

Depending on the bank you can pause a debit card on the app while you look for it, and if you don't find it you can walk in and get a new card same day at the branch. I know navy federal and chase do this for sure as I've had to do it

go to your bank, they can issue you a temporary card until your new one comes in the mail. left mine in an atm one time and had to do that.

I had to get my Chase card replaced a few years back and they said they dont do same day card replacements in branch anymore. I remember doing it way back so they probably cut that out. Maybe they changed it again though? When did you get your card replaced?
