According to the law not in public or where tobacco isn't permitted. Can't smoke and drive either.

Think its technically illegal to smoke weed in a public place but a lot of people will be walking down the street w a joint or blunt without a worry. As long as you are not committing any other crimes while you're smoking, cops don't usually mind
