I wouldn't play around in such an abandoned place. one of the encounters we had as a group was going to this sort of mansion that we trespassed on back in college. creepy thing happened as we climbed over the building as we heard footsteps just behind us. 3 of us guys immediately glanced over behind us as we heard it and looked at each other. we pressed on and stayed for about an hour within the compound. not sure what happened next nor can I remember but I believe we went running out of there afterwards. Thanks man. Tour was $20.
As far as odd sounds go...I'm not even gonna front. I played myself. First, to give you some perspective of what it was like, some of the cell blocks are very dark. Only the cell blocks with windows facing the sun directly were getting decent light in. The camera did a good job of correcting some of the darker blocks but this is what some of the blocks looked like in person vs the light correction. This is the block where the incident happened.
This cell was from a different block but you can see the difference with light correction.
Now keep in mind there's no electricity and the buildings are in horrible condition. The whole Prison was damn near empty. They only have 1 employee on the entire campus who rides around on a golf cart. And we only ran into 6 other visitors around the whole place. It's a self guided tour and not exactly a popular destination. This is the last week they're open untill they shut down for the season.
So I walked into the end of this cell block which was closed off. This one...
I was standing there just like in the pic. You could still see and make out the block due to some light coming through the windows. I stood there and started messing around. I started yelling dumb ish like "Is anyone in here?" "Can anyone hear me?" "Let us know if your in here" Then I said exactly this "If there's someone or something in here, please knock once" And I knocked on the jail bar once AND A F'ING KNOCK CAME BACK! The exact same sound I made knocking on the bar. Like one second after. Just one knock. I heard it come from around the middle of the block closer to our end, maybe a few cell doors down from where that chair and clothes are. Man, I said nope....turned around and walked my dumb *** tf out. Didn't f around like that again
Now you can definitely hear strange sounds from these cell blocks due to how old and damaged they are so I'm not saying it couldn't have been a coincidence in timing and sound. But it was just creepy af. No thanks lol
even 50 is dangerous in a heavily puddled road. we almost had an accident as we hydroplaned on the road. good thing our designated driver was able to take control of the vehicle. after that instant, my brother exclaimed, bro, it's my birthday, slow down. Was on the fwy with the normal idiots who still doing 80mph+ in the rain.
