Stopped using a microwave in the early 2010's. Couldn't fathom the above, the fact of soo many microwaves going into my food overtime, and it all around doesn't seem natural. Thats not natural heat.

Because you were impatient. Most people don’t adjust the power of their microwave or let the food rest - they just blast it and expect somehow that that heat gets all the way to the middle. It’s not magic, it’s radiation and you still need the appropriate time and power for the item you’re heating - and then letting it sit for a couple of minutes after it’s done distributes the heat evenly and stops it going mushy.

Makes something like a hot pocket or a pie much more enjoyable.
