I don't think any of us know you personally, but it's not far-fetched to think you might have a problem with alcohol if all we have is your post history. It's not like you post once a month about having some drinks with friends, it's a regular thing and it stands out as something outside the norm. Maybe you're exaggerating and it's not that serious, but I'm not surprised if people draw that conclusion.
