I think I'm going to start applying this to my job with kids and see what happens 

I work in a group home for kids with mental issues, I've tried doing that and my supervisors told me I couldn't do that because these kids have already had a tough life, essentially they want them to leave the facility thinking that they'll always be given everything they want

Here's the problem with race threads.

On the Internet your allied to be anonymous, so you can go off as you please without repercussions, normally you could keep your racist views to yourself.

Then for those who aren't racist and don't have an agenda towards the situation at hand are labels as so because they don't agree with neither here nor there.

Since you view it from a neutral stand point your viewed as the opposition.

If you aren't of a certain creed/race/color that's being discussed you can't chime in because in that race/color/creeds eyes you've never been through it and couldn't relate.

It's a Vicious circle.
