Damn, how the **** do you get rid of athletes foot? Been suffering from it for a month now. I got that lotrimin spray and use it twice daily. I work outdoors in sandals all day, so by the time I head to the gym and get back home, feet are all irritated again. This is a *****.

Make sure you keep your feet as dry as possible, so take off your socks when you get home right away don't chill in them. Try using powder in your shoes.
