I'll give you guys a tip. If you sprain/break your leg/foot, walk around barefoot as much as possible. It will speed up your recovery time. Our legs have evolved into some bad *** stabilizers. Your legs will compensate for whatever is broken/sprung and allow it to heal through better bloodflow when you use your natural gait -- which is barefoot, not with shoes.
