spot started out as a hotdog cart. 2 people were partners. one dude (guy A) had everything on the name but everythings split in terms of costs. they decided to do more than just hotdog and it slowly transformed into the halal guys. Guy B did the prepping for the food and worked crazy hours. Guy A had to go back to egypt and stay there so the deal was that he sent back 50% of the profits once a month. Guy B agreed and did his thing. Shortly afterwards, Guy A's family came and basically took it back from Guy B on some mob type stuff. Guy A's reply to the screwjob his fam gave to B was that "i cant do anything, its family" bull. so now Guy B did everything based on word and didnt care about putting his name on things when being partners with him. ending up going to court, lost and lost the halal guys brand. Guy B now owns his own cart somewhere nearby.
