Not happy right now brahs....
for the past year I've been being processed to be a Pittsburgh Police Officer. I made it all the way through the process, up until the drug test, which I failed. Keep in mind, I havent smoked in MONTHS, but since it was a hair follicle test, it went back up to a year.
So I get a call saying that its not the end of the road, and they will allow me to appeal the failed test. They told me that they would email me all the information that I needed to prepare for my defense. 2 months passed, and I get a phone call saying that my appeal is on Monday, but I still hadnt got an email from them and had no info on what to expect. The guy on the phone told me that it was just a really informal hearing, and not to waste my money on a lawyer.....
So the appeal was this afternoon. These ******* show up with the country prosecutor, and a whole gang of witnesses to testify against me, basically saying that the process is fool proof, there is no false positive, and it couldnt be from second hand smoke....and I'm sitting there with my **** in my hand, in my fresh *** suit, that I burned a hole in the leg somehow....anyways I'm not happy. I take full responsibility for smoking bud knowing that I could have a drug test sometime in the future, but I really would have liked an opportunity to prepare an adaquete defense

you should've done your research first, and when someone tells you not to get a lawyer, the first thing you should do is get a lawyer.
you kinda rushed into to this fam.
do you have law enforcement experience? maybe the military is the best option for you.

Im already a vet of 2 different branches of the military (Marines and Army). Ive also interviewed for other city's police departments and they had piss tests. Oh well ill be in Bmore this weekend for their physical, I passed their writtest test 2 weeks ago

This sounds horrible. Drones all over the damn place.
One day, a drone is gonna side-swipe some lady and the world will be up in arms. They'll cancel the drone delivery program, but the machines will begin to take over, think for themselves.
The end is near.

I agree. I am not for drones doing any type of delivery. Who knows what road this can lead to. I like technology just as much as anyone, but we have to draw the line somewhere. I hope the idea never catches on.
