I broke up with my girl yesterday, and she texted me today trying to get back together
and work things out, but I just can't. In the past couple of weeks I started treating her horribly
and I didn't want to keep hurting her, and I wasn't happy. I ain't going back. 
Now I'm alone again.

Not sure what I want from life anymore

do something different b. I was in your shoes a year ago. this might sound dumb/obvious but do what you love and do what you want. get out of this funk and go see the world, whether it'd be taking a stroll around the block, next city, next county, next state just seeing new sights you will find yourself in your brain and get motivated/figure out what you want.

the longer you're in the hole the less motivated/happy you'll be.
