I used Zzzquill and I wasn't that impressed with it. It didn't knock me out like I expected.

I was taking melatonin last week and that seemed to work pretty well.

is this okay for future biomedical engineering undergrad graduates too?

everything overlaps.
all the sciences overlap so if you are in one of them, you should be okay.

however, for example the diffrences should be noted

ex: neuroscience, psychology, physiology, pharmacology/toxicology, biophysics all can study the brain

if you wanna study regions of the brain but wanna do neuroscience focused work, youd be better off finding a lab in a psychology dept. if u go to a neuroscience dept, they are more focused on a single cell.single cell recording/staining etc. you'd need steady hands too.

if you wanna see how diffrent chemicals effect the brain, then pharm/tox would be a dept to look into.

however, the best bet is just to contact a researcher directly cuz it overlaps so much that you'd find professors with Biophysics degrees doing mathematics basd neuronal impulse recordings in the Psychology department.

just as long as you have a science/math related degree/experience/class track theyll let you in.

get as much experience as early as possible. join a lab. do it.

i know of schools that will let you join a neuroscience doctorate program with degree in math.

btw i wouldnt get a psych degree (or a math degree) if u wanna do biology/chemistry based stuff. you CAN do it. but i wouldnt advise it.
