I remember helping a buddy move out and had to take out almost something similar to this. damn tv weigh like it had gold inside of it and weigh like a ton. there was 4 of us and we barely made it out alive. damn idiot should had left that piece of garbage and just bought a $200 flat screen tv.

All the time before ebay used PayPal. Sellers wanted pictures of check/money order being sent. Same for sellers to prove they shipped your item, lol.

those were the times
use to send cash/money order all the time for comics and cards when i bought off ebay and online. this was like in the late 90s
these days, i tend to just drop any mail/package at the post office since there's some crazy folks on the streets that just throw trash in the mail box around my area

I tried them a few times only because the post office employees told me so. But I prefer dropping my items inside their office. I feel unsafe with my items being dropped outside.Don't think I've ever used these mailboxes in my life

Nowadays, that is no guarantee. Item deliveries are being stolen by the delivery person themselves after taking a picture of your item by the door.

Yup, remember them well. I used to send in my proof of purchases for HotWheels, comics and trading cards. Yeah, I wouldn’t use one nowadays and I’ve actually seen the post office send out workers to remove the mailboxes off the street.
