This image says a lot - it’s exactly what I mean by people picking a limit and sticking to it. “Today I’ll do 10 reps of 100” and then miraculously you finish at 10.

And that’s why something like 5x5 is the best type of strength training. As soon as you make the total reps more weight goes on next time - and you’ll fail a few times until you get it - then more weight goes on…
 

Which one of you sick bast…gentlemen is this and how do we get the authorities involved??
