Hate it when sports fans feel like just because they root for a superior team they can talk *@%# to fans of lesser teams because their teams have more championships and/or have a better current record.
Injured my neck at the gym a few days prior using the lat pulldown
. Just did one rep and immediately felt pain throbbing on my neck, and it was really sore the day after (could barely get out of bed). It's much better now but still not good enough to be comfortable playing bball. I guess the point for everyone is to make sure you stretch out before you do your thing in the gym...I learned it the hard way. On a side note, IcyHot patches work really well
