chile needs to score two goals to literally survive brazil. 
 
I would not trust Julio Cesar in a penalty shootout. Urgency should be on Felipao's side to secure a second goal without allowing Chile to catch them on the counter. Especially the way Marcelo and Dani Alves bomb forward.
