Daniel Sturridge fears he will be forced to quit Chelsea to revive his England career.
Striker Sturridge, 22, blames new Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo for missing out on England’s Euro 2012 squad, having been frozen out by the Italian when he took temporary charge from Andre Villas-Boas last season.
Sturridge’s former club Manchester City have been watching his situation closely, while Chelsea are ready to offer him to Arsenal as part of a bid for Theo Walcott.
Spurs and Liverpool have also shown interest.
Sturridge was Chelsea’s top performer during the dismal spell under Villas-Boas, but was largely ignored by Di Matteo, who preferred Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres and Salomon Kalou.
