Song not about a gang bang, he talks about his boys and his voice changes. These are different personalities created by drugs, note when he says if you get too high. Like she has to be able to be on his level before she can be with him. There is a dualistic meaning though in terms of the subject matter of the song, but he purposely did this to make you question the songs meaning.
