He's the reason why I cant take this seriously. Haven't liked too many movies he has been in since Dazed and Confused

McConaughey isn't worthy of this movie? But Jonah Hill is? :lol

When he's wearing a shirt, he's a pretty solid actor if the role requires it.

Wonder if he's ripping anything off with this film like he did Departed

What do you mean by that?

I assume he means he "ripped off" Infernal Affairs, but it's not like Scorsese "stole" the idea, it was a remake of a foreign film.

why has dicaprio not won an oscar yet????
does hollywood not like him or something like honestly dude can act he like the white denzel u cant NOT like him and even if the movie sucks he always plays his role well

Probably banged a couple of the Voters' daughters/wives

When Matthew wants to act, he has the chops, dude just mails it in on a lot of pay me roles.

Matthew McConaughey has been on fire since The Lincoln Lawyer and there is buzz that his performance in 'Mud' is Oscar worthy.

seriously, I couldn't stand dude in any movie but since Lincoln Lawyer he has been on fire, Mud was amazing. He's also going to be in Chris Nolans new film last time i checked.

2013 is the #YearOfMcConaughey, real talk.

Cannot wait for this. Leo/Scorsese is an obvious win, but the fact that Terence Winter wrote the screenplay :hat .
