Tatum and Kemba look good. I get what Pop is doing with the early subs, but Kemba looked like he had a rhythm to start and he's yanked first. Would have liked to see him stay in..

Good convo

On this episode of the NCP, owner and operator of the basketball analysis site Ball Don’t Stop, Ekam Nagra, visits from Vancouver. Beyond his loyalty to the Grizzlies, Ekam is passionate about the game and the purity of hoop. To start things off we get into the role of the media in sports, and take Gil on the other side of microphone, to examine those who cover the game.

If you’re a follower of Ball Don’t Stop, you know about Ekam’s reverence for Kobe Bryant. For a guy that was a fan first, then an opponent, Gil speaks to the detail of what he witnessed going up close and personal against the Mamba. And of course there are stories. We also get into the technical brilliance of players, including Agent Zero, and their influence on the game as it evolves.

Sato looking good. Hoping Chicago can make a run for the 8th seed. They have no excuse to not get 35+ wins anyway
Sato/LaVine/Otto/Lauri/WCJ with Coby/Dunn/Thad off the bench should definitely be formidable enough to be in the run for it.

Unless Lauri makes that leap, Sotoransky wont increase that teams win total by 13+

Even with Otto for a full season.

The Bulls biggest problem last season was health. Basically all of their key guys were injured for various long stretches during the season. If they stay mostly healthy, I think they should have a shot at a lower playoff spot...

Factor in that the Bulls should be better than: Hornets, Hawks, Wizards, Cavs and Knicks. They really shouldn't finish outside 10th. That should put them in the mid 30's

Otto only played 15 games for them last year. In those games, he shot 48/49 splits. Before that, they had Jabari Parker getting those minutes playing garbage defense and shooting 32.5% from 3. Lauri missed 30 games, LaVine missed 20, and WCJ missed half the season.

If (and big if) they stay somewhat healthy, they should be ok.

I see the Bulls O/U ranges from 27-33 wins, same with Atlanta. That will be a nice battle throughout the season

Just fired up the Germany/France game. Germany started 3 "bigs" in Theis/Kleber/Zipser, along with Schroder and somebody else. They only scored 4 points in the first quarter and didn't get on the board until there was 2:30 left

Didnt even watch the game but going big against Gobert aint it thats for sure

This man is tapped in

I remember like 7 years ago when I was working at the Uhaul on 108th and Vermont. My coworker asked if I could drop her off after we close. This girl stayed on 119th and Denver. I see like 6 denver lane dudes on the sidewalk staring as I’m pulling up. As soon as she gets out all I hear is “yo who this ***** dropping you off?”

France's backup C, who the Celtics signed, seems pretty competent. He should be able to eat up some minutes and not completely suck. Big body with solid athleticism.
