Had a new "Clippers fan" tryna talk because we lost to the Pacers. I'm like the Clippers lost to damn Pelicans. :{ :lol

Clips rocks games are like playoffs games cause they switch so much things and it’s like an iso fest much like the offs.

Clips bench won’t be that much of a factor with a shortened rotation for the opposing team.

Right. But I don't think the Clips win a chip w/ a deep bench anyway. The Clips bench being deep is more so advantageous for the regular season, when guys are hurt, not playing back to backs, and still able to grab a good seed for the offs.

Come playoff time, you need 8 guys you can count on. Pat/PG/Kawhi/Moe/Zu/Lou/Sham/Trez/JaMyke is as good of a 9 man rotation in the league. They won't go 9 deep every game, but having 9 guys who you don't cringe about and who can play in a game 5, game 6 is huge.

I think the Clips have that now on their roster, and I also wouldn't be surprised if they moved one of Lou / Trez either.

Kawhi just lost me a good amount of money dudes supposed to be the closer and giving up the ball every possession

I know Lakers will have trouble guarding big wings in the playoffs but I’d rather them upgrade at point guard if they make a move. When Rondo doesn’t have it he is an abomination.

Imagine caring about how many losses someone has to irrelevant teams under .500

??

I'm bewildered how a team with a "starting lineup for a bench" manages to lose to bottom feeders frequently.... and subsequently lost to the same amount of over .500 teams that the Lakers have... interesting how that works

But load management worked last season for Kawhi in the east

Clip nation in here got SUPREME confidence in Playoff P though when they load manage.

But those losses to bad sub 500 teams like the Bulls .

But hey according to Erupt he's convinced they finally getting passed the 2nd round of the playoffs and takin the West this year :lol

It's literally working right now. They're 3.5 back of the damn 1 seed w/Kawhi being load managed wth are you talking about lol

They're 2nd in the west w/wins over the damn Lakers, Celtics, Mavericks, Raptors 2x, Houston, 14-2 at home

That's pretty good for a team who's star player is "load" managing lol

Zu who's never played meaningful minutes
Shamet who's played in one playoff series
Mo who got played off the floor for Rodney Hood
Green who has played more than 20 minutes in a playoff series Once
I don't want to get into the deeper darker criminal link that is Playoff Lou Will.....

These are guys you Know you could count on in big playoff games.....

They are 5 games back in the loss column in the West standings currently, and seeds 2 through 5 are all bunched up with the same amount of losses or 1 game separating those teams in the standings.

Zu literally got benched in the playoffs last year :lol. Don't know if I'd count on him

I predicted lou being moved and sticking with that. But then who wants a one dimensional combo guard? Like someone said he's like Crawford lately, you're not getting much for that.

He's better than Crawford but I just wouldn't be surprised if they moved him if the right deal comes along.

Definitely better but he's in that mold. There arent many teams that need that type of player.

Lou Will is tricky because with Kawhi resting, they need him for the Regular season.... his role diminishes a lot come playoffs when Kawhi & PG are both playing big minutes. Best case scenario is either Iggy gets released & signs with them which allows them to trade for a big.... or a Tristian Thompson becomes available at the buyout market

JaMyke, Lou and Trez against healthy GSW >>>

But I'll play,

Let's see what Caruso has done in the playof...NVM

What about Danny Green? Nah, 5 a game over his last 24 playoff games on 29% from 3

KCP in the offs? Nah, I think he's played like 4 games total

Javale in the offs? Nah that ain't it either.

Dudley? Dwight hasn't played a playoff game in like 3 years when he was with the hawks, and that wasn't it either

Yeah aight.

Clippers will not be getting rid of Lou.
What is goings on right now lol

They traded the face of the franchise months after maxing him out.

They traded Tobias in the middle of a playoff run because they didn't want to pay him.

Granted, they're chasing a chip this season, but that doesn't change much long term. This FO will pull the trigger if they think it's the right deal for the short or long term. If they would trade BLAKE GRIFFIN they'll trade Lou Williams lol
