Shuuuut up. Jesus man. Comparing him basically saying the edited version of calling Jae Crowder a B to him going up to the Mamba Academy to heckle a bunch of little girls is ****ing ridiculous
The one that needs to shut up is you, oblivious to why women could even be outrage at his comment.

What I said sound dumb AF just like what Morris said and you continue to downplay.... dumb all around and I'm glad I made my point.

I can understand why the women are outraged, but the men need to stop throwing stones cuz we've all used the same language growing up
I dont think dudes are outrage ... we just arent oblivious to why what Morris said was offensive. The ones that are trying to justify and act like is no big deal are .......

You and I, calling each other *****es or female derogatory names in the court is not the same to giving an interview to the masses.

Anyone that cant see that is playing or is actually dumb AF.

This. Mook actually had time to collect his thoughts before getting in front of the mics and still went that route

"B*tch" and "p*ssy" are just insults you pick up along the way as a youngster without really giving any thought as to their origin. So they might slip out in the heat of battle or when we're angry. Going above and beyond and actually using feminine/female/woman-like after the fact, I can see why that's more offensive when presented like that.

What gender of a dog constitutes it being a B?

What gender has a P?

They’re all questioning a dude’s manhood and basically calling a dude a girl for whatever they’re doing. Don’t act stupid.

He’s not being stupid. Silly as it may sound, both those words became basically gender neutral a long time ago. Dudes call other dudes *****es and *******. Girls call other girls those things. Girls call dudes those terms. Those terms have basically just come to mean soft in a generic way and people don’t really think about the origins as to why anymore.

I'm not going to sit here like I haven't heard or said "stop playing like a girl" at some point in my sport's life whether playing or coaching....In 2020 however I would never say such thing on camera or on record. That's where he messed up. Don't give these feminists fuel for their fire, they live for such interviews.

This ain’t it chief.

Y’all ain’t learning :lol. The man said Crowder was playing WOMAN-like. That he had “female tendencies”. You don’t gotta be a “feminist” to realize that’s just not how you negatively disparage a basketball player. It’s different from calling him a bish, BAN, ps-yy, etc.

Woman play basketball too. Woman can have a “killer mentality” on the court.....they can play hard, play with fire etc....or play “soft” or like “little girls” too.

This is a league where women are coaches, refs, analysts etc. Be better. Take it as a learning moment.

I’ve literally seen both Morris twins at both WNBA and women’s college basketball games. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t waste his time going to see people play that he doesn’t have respect for.

Idk why you’re under the impression that im saying Marcus Morris doesn’t respect or hates women :lol. Nowhere in my posts am I saying that.

All we’re simply pointing out is how he went too far, and what he said was dumb....and it’s understandable why the words he used are in fact offensive. Doesn’t mean he can’t apologize for his words and grow from it.

It’s really simple man. Step back a bit and peep what I’m saying.

Morris was out of pocket. Period. He used “woman like, female tendencies “as a insult towards a man in a disparaging way. It has nothing to do with being a feminist. The words he chose sound cavemanish. As a father of two daughters and a son, I ain’t rolling with this type of talk. Use better vocabulary words instead of disrespecting a whole gender in the future.

Don’t see the issue. Didn’t know it was being made one til catching up in here. I’ll always chuckle when I hear clarkson say Kobe told him he was driving to the bucket like a light skinned dude. Same **** to me.
