folk saying we live in a sensitive, overly-"PC" world are trippin
using someone's identity (ethnicity, religion, gender, etc.) as a pejorative is ignorant and it will offend people. it's 2020 and folk are more socially aware, it aint that hard to comprehend.
Lol, put that in spoiler.
okI'm taking Cassidy Hubbarth over those other ESPN girls
he ruined it for me and I am going to do the same! I can't look at her the same.Lol, put that in spoiler.
You might've just ruined her for me too with that pic.
Ros got that good cellulite. Some good ({}) in that.
Y’all doing better?
No, I do not think he gives a **** what anyone thinks of him
Wait, so does he care or not?he doesn’t want half of the Twitter world in flames
Wait, so does he care or not?
What you described was a person that cares but was unaware of his actions. Once he was re-educated, he understood the magnitude of his actions thus putting out an apology because he cares.I don’t think Marcus Morris is the type to ever care what anybody thinks. But when something he said that he thought wasn’t a big deal turned into a huge firestorm throughout twitter and could potentially damage his career then yes I do think he cares about that.
houston is a transplant city by its nature. lots of people come here for work and don't care about the rockets. the lower bowl is mostly bought out by corporate clients who often waste the tickets because going to games is generally difficult. I live roughly 5 miles from toyota center. when i worked in downtown, to get home after work and then back out to toyota center (12 mile commute at most) was an hour and a half. that's with the luxury of only living 5 miles away. houston as a city has multiple suburbs that people move further and further out to, about 20ish miles in each direction. getting to and from downtown at peak hours can take 1.5 hours just one way. if you've been in downtown for a normal 8-5 work day and you live in a suburb, you woke up at 5-530, left the house at 630-7, worked from 8-5. you can either go home and come back (not feasible because of the time constraints), or just stay downtown for a weekday game that ends at 930-10, and get home close to 1045-11. That just doesn't work for most people who live in the suburbs.
I can attest to this. I live in Katy, any anytime I go to the rockets games during the week, I always bring my clothes with me. That’s a 30-35 min trip without traffic. Much worse by the time 5:00 hits. I don’t hate the rockets, I just really hate James Hardens game. Once he is gone I might have a change of heart. I’m originally from Dallas.
