It just occurred to me that Stu Lantz is the only person to never say a negative thing about Kobe.

Not sure if I told this story before - and it’s really not that cool - but I did see Kobe in person once. It was at Disneyland, Summer of ‘07 or ‘08. I was waiting in line for the Dumbo ride. All of a sudden I see hundreds of people moving away from the rides in unison and am like, “what the hell?” Then I see Kobe’s head above a huge crowd surrounding him, just trying with his kids to get to a ride. Was one of those moments that makes it home that being famous both is awesome and sucks at the same time.
