Why did the Lakers give all the players they just signed a no trade clause? It’s gonna be impossible moving someone like Rondo

Man, I really didn't expect Miami to be a contender...and they just got better.
They signed two year contracts, with the second year being player options so they got the no-trade clauses automatically. Why did the Lakers give all the players they just signed a no trade clause? It’s gonna be impossible moving someone like Rondo
They'll probably hire an experienced GM to answer to Rose.
I guess it's an upgrade because the guys Miami sent out were in and out of the lineup all year, but I really don't think Iggy and Crowder are making a huge impact. If they can get Gallo somehow, then absolutely.
For sure, it's definitely a solid deal for Miami assuming Justise wasn't in the future plans. These guys going to get minutes over the young dudes?Definitely more of an impact then what we've gotten from Winslow, Waiters and JJ all year. Plus we kept the young core of Herro, Bam, Duncan, DJJ and Nunn intact? Pssh, I'll take it.

Traded 3 guys who Spo barely played this year for 3 solid rotation guys that will, upgrade by default ` Roster got that much deeper mixing in experienced vets with young talentDefinitely more of an impact then what we've gotten from Winslow, Waiters and JJ all year.
