The Clippers absolutely needed a pg that can create his own shot off the bench. Morris is added depth and an extra defender to throw at folks in the playoffs. He has been more consistent from 3 than jamychal green as well.

I'm not even saying IT can be exactly what the Clippers need, but we definitely need what IT can potentially offer.

They're in California.... Separate building or not, whenever they play the Lakers there's gonna be more Laker fans then Clippers fans.

And your semi correct about the regular season not mattering. I do believe seeding & actual records aren't that big of a deal for the Lakers & Clippers. but chemistry, roles, repetition and growth are the things good teams should worry about in the regular season.

It's already very rare that a team adds two star players to a brand new team & wins the first year.... it's gets exponentially more difficult when your two star players are consistently missing games throughout the year. You don't want to be figuring all this stuff out come playoff time.

It's also more difficult when your best player has more mileage than Ava Devine.

IT is replacing Jerome Robinson and DWJR fam. It’s an ancillary / emergency move. Dragging the clippers down for this is clown **** lol

Morris is replacing Moe Harkless. Just look at what Moe has done this year and in the playoffs, it should be an upgrade as long as he isn’t a Huge ball stopper (which is a concern) but again in every way he should be better than Harkless

Yeah, I had high hope for Harkless at the start of the season. Really liked his defensive versatility. But he’s just out there not doing A whole lot way too often.
