Have a feeling the seeding gonna be completely set before the Clippers and Lakers play again. Wouldn’t be surprised if the stars for both teams end up sitting in that one.
I was just looking at the standings and as it is now, the first round series for the West would be pretty uninteresting compared to how they were not too long ago

They don't play again until next month right before the season ends right?

People definitely gonna be load managed if that's the case.

Top two seeds in the West are pretty much locked up.

The rockets are imploding against the magic fam

For a minute there, I really thought the Rockets were going to sneak out and grab the two or three seed. Now it looks like they're going to be on the road in the first round.

Bold prediction: unless the Rockets turn it around and make a surprise run in the playoffs, one or both of Harden and Westbrook will be gone next season; Morey is 100% gone. Fortita is already a cheap owner and he probably doesn't want paid to supermax guys only to be a lower seeded team in the West.

Lakers' Sunday whites are so clean.

They need to bring byke the black uni

Maybe rock these next year:

Those I like compared to the Hollywood Nights jerseys they did a couple years ago.

Also after the 03-04 season was where we heard the stories from The logo and former longtime Clipper announcer Ralph Lawler that Kobe was ready to sign with the Clippers and even told Lawler and former owner Donald Sterling "Print the jerseys. I'm coming".

Jerry West stepped in and called twice and told him "Kobe under no circumstances can you play for that owner"

These weren't official jerseys. They were just Nike's homage to the team's history with their own twist.

Not really. The Lakers have the Topsy locked up but the Clippers are only a game up on the Nuggets.

April 9. Clippers will have 3 more after that and it will be the second of back to backs for them.

Worst thing to happen to the Suns was Ayton coming back. Baynes >>>

I feel like Ayton is the big version of Wiggins. They put up decent numbers but if you actually watch the games, they're not really doing anything to help their team win and they don't play efficiently. Picking Ayton over Luka is the most Suns move ever.

game was fun as hell. That’s the 2 best teams in the west by far. Nothing but intense competition.

Clippers Thoughts:

- PG balled in the first half. Good game from him but he kinda disappeared towards the end.
- Kawhi is such a stud man. Best 1v1 player in the game. It was hella fun to watch Bron and Klaw defend each other throughout the game.
- Marcus Morris was trash all game. He’ll obviously shoot better going forward but I still have concerns about him. Basically he’s never seen a shot he doesn’t like and I’d rather have Kawhi or PG taking those shots.
- Surprised Shamet didn’t get more minutes but he looked like he didn’t know what to do with the ball when he got it.
- Clippers should consider benching Lou for PatBev in the playoffs / closing time. Lou & Shamet are too easy targets and will get picked on with the game on the line. Best 5 man lineup is Klaw/PG/Bev/Morris/Trez.

Laker thoughts:
- Kuz gave great minutes. Did a lot of little things, defended hella hard & he hit the boards well.
- AB was on fire. Didn’t think he’d be this good. He was way better than PatBev today.
- rondo was a disaster In the first half but gave great minutes in the 2nd half.
- Lakers have been much better with Bron on the bench since the year started. Leads actually increase now.
- Lebron & AD were ridiculous per usual. Lebron + AD at the 5 is real cheat code ****. They can switch everything on defense and the pick&roll is unstoppable on offense. Lakers have done a terrific job in managing AD’s minutes at the 5 all year. Good luck to other teams in the playoffs.

great weekend :pimp:
7 games up on the 2nd seed
2 games back of the Bucks :nerd:

Huh? This has been one of the best seasons in a while. With KD and Myrie back, Zion and RJ getting better, GSW being back, seeing Lamelo in the league, among other things, next season is only gonna get better.

You sliding RJ Barrett into this picture??
