Say something about it. You left that out of your response to that post and replied with something about Haywood and Ollie that had nothing to do with this argument.

Keep getting those likes up though man.
The entire premise of this was the gossip talk post YOU made....myself and others responded pretty much saying no one cares. You went about you way saying you had the private dinner with someone reputable. Again no one cared. See the pattern here

Of everyone listed, he is the absolute last choice for me to want to build my team around.

I don't even think he should be in the discussion forreal. I don't think he really elevated his teammates to the level those others do/did. Not even close.

But I will leave it alone because I am not sure people will be morally honest with this topic due to the circumstances.

He didn't elevate Pau who was a 1 time all Star at the time he came to LA to being an all NBA player? Odom or the numerous other role players who have said that he did exactly that by force or will and his work ethic alone? Phil said it as well. His leadership style was abrasive like Mike but that's personal preference. The proof was in the pudding. Pau and Odom in particular had their most success playing with Kobe that's not up for debate.

Read what I said and not what you wanted to see.

If you can show me where I said he doesn't make people better, we can continue the conversation.

Lololol yet you commented on it right away when I posted about it in the Sixers thread, agreed with Fultz being immature and his mom being ******* nuts and had none of this to say at the time.

Please, someone else’s fanbase take this dude off our hands. I’m sure frshstunna frshstunna would love to have you be the second Magic fan on this board.

You quoted the initial list that included KD, Steph and a few others and said it wasn't close. That's a joke.

I mean I can go in about star players diminishing playing with Bron to counter easily.

It isn't close to me. I don't view him as uplifting the play of his teammates to the degree of the others listed.

I never said he didn't make anyone better though.

But You can feel differently, and that is fine.

I am not expecting an honest conversation on this topic. (As I mentioned earlier).

Pau got traded to LA just as he was entering his prime at 27 years old. Was good before he played with Kobe. KG moving to the East hleped in opening up an all-star slot in the West frontcourt too.

1 AS before getting to LA, no all NBA appearances. I never said he wasn't good.

Playing with Bean 3 straight AS, 3 straight all NBA appearances.

Odom won 6th man of the year, best career numbers with the Lakers.

And of course the championship success.

Please remember that Pau existed at a time IN THE WEST, with 3 of the best PFs of ALL TIME prior to reaching his prime on top of other forwards/bigs like Bron, Melo, Bosh, TMac, and Dwight being in the league. His teams in Memphis were also just DECENT. That is the perfect storm of reasons why he wouldn't be making All-Star teams and All-NBA teams prior to being in LA.

Odom was also naturally in his prime years with the Lakers. Ages 25-31.

I'm not saying Kobe didn't help them, but it's pretty obvious that good players are going to play well when they are in their primes.

Haven't watched this 2011 Game 6 since it happened. Bron had a pretty good first quarter. Dallas zone definitely throwing off Miami though. Terry and Co were hitting everything. Dirk and Chandler both picked up 2 fouls in the first.

Am not the BIGGEST fan of ATS but they’re bringing the content for quarantine and they undoubtedly have something special

they moving like 98 No Limit

What is your gripe about the show?

Them reminding us how real they are every 5 minutes?

stack: THEY DONT WANT TO TALK ABOUT THAT

Mehmet Okur, Shawn Marion, Rashard Lewis, AK47, Peja, Brad Miller all made AS games man in those seasons Pau didn't. Just take the L on this one.

Who is a better "Robin" Stephen Jackson or D. Miles?

Who was it on here that pinpointed D. Miles? "The high school you went to, what made you go thur? "

Definitely did not predict Jet Terry would have the most productive NBA career of anyone on the Arizona 1997 championship team. Bibby, at his best, was a better player, but Terry was a contributing player for much longer and has a ring.
