It's really not cool that the NBA has access to all of these tests when citizens don't. And the ability to test every day? Test everybody everyday? Nah son. That's foul af. Just for a game? Hella pass on the NBA for that.

Roy from Sigfried and Roy just passed away from COVID. None of the coaches are as old as him (75), but guys like Pop and D'Antoni are close. It's worrisome. And any amount of money/great doctors doesn't seem like it can help you..

Pop won’t even be there since the Spurs aren’t in the playoffs. I don’t think you’re realizing though that because of legit EVERYTHING being available to them that they could possibly need inside of this area with Disney they would be in a bubble where they probably would not see a single civilian during this entire time. They’d have even all the employees, refs, etc stay in the resorts as well to make sure they have no contact with anybody. There would be as little chance as humanly possible for anybody to contract it. It would have to be somebody sneaking out in order for that to happen and I’d think the place would have some HEAVY security.

3 People Positive that didn’t have to be

Yes because training for this fight is what made Souza test positive.

Reading up on it Souza told Dana prior to even getting there that a family member had tested positive so everybody kept a distance from him the whole time and he was always wearing a mask and gloves other than during his training which is why two of his cornermen got it. All 23 other fighters tested negative.

Cleveland nailing the draft in ‘86 is incredible :lol.

Dougherty
Price
Harper

All in the same draft...then drafted Kevin Johnson and flipped Em for Larry Nance the next year. That’s some elite team building of a core right there man.

My bro had it, re-tested negative last week though. He wasnt bad at all, I woudnt call him being completely asymptomatic but ive seen his allergies hit him way worse put it that way. And thats the potentially devastating thing about it, you can think its allergies or a cold or whatever and its actually covid. Thank god he wasnt really coughing so much so it was easy to contain as we just cleaned the crib, especially bathroom profusely and he wore a mask whenever he left his room. Only got tested cause his manager tested positive.

To me it a no brainer, end the season. Difference between now and October may not be a cure or whatever but hopefully less people overall have it compared to now.

Good to hear he had it easy.

What kinda symptoms he have G?

The way Kevin Love described his experience at the practice facility just to get up shots . This **** is going to be a logistical nightmare.

Like a day or two of slight body aches and chills and very very light coughing for the next week. When I say light you could count how many times he coughed a day on 2 hands. He coudnt taste food for a couple days as well but thats it. Never really had a fever or anything else really. Hes 24, he was coughing MORE like the 2 weeks prior to him getting tested. Like I said, ive seen his allergies get to him worse, he gets real bad allergies around this time.

Mike is BS'n in certain parts of this doc. Like the stuff about him not speaking up about issues black people go through in america. You don't need to be a politician or an activist to make a statement, to point out the obvious. When Lebron, Melo, CP3 and Dwade went on the ESPY's and said what they said they didn't give some MLK speech or lead some march. They simply let it be known they are aware and where they stand, that's it.

Mike made it sound like it woulda took away from his preparation and all he did was eat, sleep and s*** basketball. Dawg you was hitting casinos the night before playoff games, stop. Then he was like "well maybe I'm not the guy for you to follow..." You shoulda said that 30 years ago Mike. That whole Be like Mike campagne and the way he was being marketed was to get people to follow him, to be bigger than basketball but now he's saying "Don't follow me if...." after he's a global icon and his shoes have been embedded in not just black culture but everywhere.

“Republicans buy Jordan’s too” is wholeheartedly how he felt.

Watchin him trying to clean **** up 30 years later with a broken mop was lame as hell

You don't need to be a expert in politics to know that the Rodney King beating was some racist BS. Mike simply didn't wanna make white folks uncomfortable.

I agree with you in a sense and think it's a shame he didn't endorse the right candidate... but taking a public stance on it at that exact moment of his rise to fame is different than going to the casinos and it not being publicized until what, the 90's?

You missed the point completely.

Republicans buy sneakers too was a joke not meant to be taken seriously.

Even IF that was a joke. His playing oblivious act was weak. This man from North Carolina and acted so unaware. Mike is great, he's a icon but he had some mistakes and funny style moments.
