The Magic of that time period were really good too. Penny, Shaq, a ton of shooting with Nick Anderson Dennis Scott Brian Shaw, plus a shorter 3 point line, they were GOOD. The Bulls weren't as good as those Magic teams and needed more (and got more with Dennis and more expansion)
