1. I haven’t trained since mid June. My dog had to report back early. Plus this fresh off the first lockdown so the cases were lower.

2. We were going everyday for about 3 weeks. But we been doing that for years.

3. I get in the gym twice a week to work on my game. But EYE take mental reps everyday

When you say working on your game are you actually going through drills and whatnot?

I’ve been getting the itch to play again but I thought it’d be weird to “train” if I wasn’t playing organized ball

Yeah I train with nothing outside everyday at a private court, I only do sessions of 1 on 1 and my rate is higher and they only allow 1 parent there. One of my well off players has a full length court in the yard and granted me access for my sessions.

I do not train inside right now I do not even have access to my own teams gym haha. Suprised how many kids come to me to train on the outside court though because I know some trainers got gym access here.

I trained twice in a gym with a pro and wore a mask inside.

To be fair, lotta dudes are leaving the bubble early because of elimination. Six teams are gone by mid-August, then another eight within two weeks after that. You know a lot of these players have an idea of when they're going home, so it's a matter of just sticking it out and getting paid.
