Forgot whether I read it or heard on a podcast, but Dame and Nurk have some kind of absolutely ridiculous +/- when they were on the floor together last year.

While I do think it's important to raise awareness of the Uyghur genocide in China, I also think it's more important to worry about domestic issues like George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.

I don't think NBA players have the bandwidth and understanding to take on that issue as well. It's also less relevant to them considering the majority of players are black and have experienced racism first hand. China is a foreign land to them, and the racism in America takes precedence at the moment.

Also NBA and it's players aren't trying to mess up their bag right now.

I myself am struggling with the uighur genocide issue as many brands such as NIke, Apple, Uniqlo are currently using uighur slave labor. Trying to be mindful and reduce dependence where possible.
