I mean teams always do shh out of desperation.. who else really going be available that could be big for certain teams?

a sneaky trade might be with the 6ers.. swap horford for cp3 and 6ers give up a 1st and whatever else to make contracts work (or could even structure it around tobias)
Al has an extra year than CP and is already looking a bit washed. Not sure a pick in the 20s is going to be enticing enough.

Tobias would make a bit more sense.

in the trade machine cp/schoder for tobias/horford works.. 6ers would have to throw in picks to make OKC take on extra years

but I could see it, thinking long term for them and building around sga

would depend on OKC would view tobias in the long term and with sga

CP also has had times this season he’s looked great; that’s the tricky part with him. He can be valuable, but you probably can’t play him too much more than 25 minutes a game and get the most out of him.

And not a lot of teams are going to want to pay $40 million for a guy with limitations like that.

CP is also going to be 2nd or 3rd team all-NBA and OKC is a small market team that might end up with a top 4 seed this year. Don’t know if I see them willingly getting worse just to get a pick from a team that has Embiid and Simmons.

Rather have CP3 as the starting PG than a glorified backup for Embiid with this Sixers squad.

Is related to load management? I’ve noticed that seems to annoy the **** out of a lot of analysts/sports talking heads, especially if they’re older than around 35.
Nope more " Kawhi Leonard is a good player but the Raptors don't really need him to be a contender"
