it's not.

Has long been a pet peeve of mine when teams send someone to the post who actually has no post game just because someone short is guarding him. 90 percent of the time it benefits the team on defense.

So few players in the game today who actually know how to operate on the low block.

Teams still do this with Marcus Smart too, they'll post up a guy who's 6'7", 6'8" on him and it just doesn't go the way they think it's gonna go.

His good games really only coincide when he’s hitting his 3 ball

he’s improved as a shooter. 38% from 3. But if all you can do is take 3’s then him shooting 38% isn’t all that valuable. It’s essentially his shooting percentage.

just doesn’t do much of anything with the ball at a starting guard level, at least not on a winner. The funny part is that this was painfully obvious even in high school.
