There is no honest way you can say because OF his run @ Davidson, you aren't/weren't surprised at what he accomplished in the NBA. Come on man.i think Steph played his way out of being viewed as an underdog. remember nobody knew of him until he went on that crazy run at Davidson. Then he was viewed as an underdog but after that he put himself on the map and folks took him serious. now I'm not saying I predicted he would have this great career but it certainly hasn't surprised me after that Davidson run. than again I know some folks don't watch college ball.

The cruel and self-centered God you are praying to has already made his decision fellas.Out for the game. Prayers up
It's wild to me Vince Carter not just holds down a roster spot, but is a regular rotation player.
anybody that knows bball and doesnt respect curry's game is trump level crazy. you dont have to like the guy, and he has shortcomings for sure...but in my stephen A voice... THE GUY CAN FLAT OUT BALLI agree, that adds to it as well. He just LOOKS like the privileged child but knowing his basketball career, that is far from the case. He had to fight to get to where he is/was. Nobody would have guessed his career would have turned out to be what it became.
He will always have my respect. He is playing with house money right now.
too early to say the heat are one of the most fun teams in the league?
team has a lot of dimensions to it
I definitely think that CJ McCollum and Steph Curry are more underdogs than Steph Curry.Being a 3 star recruit that came from Davidson don’t play a part?
I mean his dad could be God and from a basketball perspective doesn’t his path still say he beat the odds against him?
If Marcus Jordan had turned himself into a lottery pick out of Central Florida...would the only thing that would make him an underdog is the fact that he was undersized?
I think it’s commonly accepted that Dame and CJ fit the underdog mold. Are they “more” of an underdog because their dads weren’t pros? If so I don’t understand the rationale.
like I said I know a lot of folks don't watch college ball. I do and did even more back than and I never saw something like it. sorry my honestly doesn't fit your narrative. There is no honest way you can say because OF his run @ Davidson, you aren't/weren't surprised at what he accomplished in the NBA. Some of y’all talking just to talk now, coming w/ these NT extremes.Funny thing about the Steph criticism, he wasn’t the product of a helicopter parent. Look at Lavar Ball or Todd Marinovich’s father. Dell raised the man good. A lot of the jealousy towards Steph comes from the fact that his father was INVOLVED in his life. People who resent him because of that are idiots.
I hate that narrative. Nothing wrong with parents laying a good foundation..... and ironically, the man STILL had to work damn hard. Ridiculous
It isn't about people not watching college basketball.like I said I know a lot of folks don't watch college ball. I do and did even more back than and I never saw something like it. sorry my honestly doesn't fit your narrative.
