Literally said in my first post that he did have a question mark tho

We’ve seen star players, we’ve seen them age out and sign to other teams in a bench role. They only become weird about their usage when.... they’re still starters. So I’m just confused about the comments on an 8th man’s attitude.

The question is theoretically it's not like Javale is some sort of AS player who is clearly better than him... he could very well still fell that he's a starter.

And in the past it ain't even that Dwight was pouting about minutes... he was going into situations when he clearly wasn't the best player & demanding a AS level usage.

Hopefully almost being out of the league humbled him & he continues to play the way he has been because this version of Dwight is extremely useful with our personnel.

It's kind of Odd that they would sit Kawhi vs the Jazz instead of the Spurs... considering the Jazz are more likely to be fighting for playoff positioning with them instead of the Spurs.

I'm all for Kawhi curb stomping Pop tho :pimp:

One day we're gonna have a serious talk about Pop being so stubborn & vindictive that he passed up on the Lakers deal because it was the Lakers... and wanted to ship Kawhi to a place he didn't want to go...

In turn

- Kawhi won a championship, is being regarded by some as the best player in the league & still ended up in the WC
- Lakers ended up with Lebron & AD
- The Pels have an extremely promising young core with assets galore
- The Spurs are capped out & looking at a future led by Demar Derozan

Probably because Dwert has done the same song as and dance everywhere he's bounced around about changing his attitude and just playing whatever role was needed and never actually done it until seemingly these first 4 games. I'm still skeptical myself to see how long it lasts. Everybody and their mama (including most all Laker fans) ridiculed the signing. Due to his health and attitude.

Lakers offense is garbage, but it's early and no Kuz.

Clippers have been so godly on offense, their lack of defense doesn't even matter so far.
They'll get to figure things out against the mid range kings of San Antonio.

Not even mad Kawhi, get your revenge

i dont know whats up with dwight... its like the injuries got the best of him and took him out his prime... hes always in shape too so dont know why he gets hurt all the time... he prally just has bad luck

He has 5 rings and is arguably the greatest basketball coach of all time.

I think he’ll be okay.

Also the Spurs have some real promising young guys on their roster.

We’re talking about Dwight Howard, former DPOY and perennial all-star. The fact people are jazzed about him averaging 6 and 6 over a four game stretch is kind of testament to how bad he’s fallen off. But credit to him for accepting his role and playing hard.
