Exactly. He had the entire sports media campaigning for him, acting like he was being blackballed like Kaep. There's wasn't a conspiracy to keep him out of the league, he's just washed.

I'll say this much, if the Clippers don't come out of the West and/or the Lakers beat them in the playoffs, a lot of NBA writers and pundits are going to have a lot of explaining to do.

All we heard the moment that they got Paul George and Kawhi was that the Clippers are "easily better than the Lakers", "they have no holes and do everything well" and "they ave potential to be a 60+ win team"

I can't wait to see the Clippers come up small in the playoffs again.

IDC Melo is better than Tolliver and that garbage they are playing. Expectations just need to stay low that is the issue

Like I said last night, Out of little, Mario and tolliver you cant definitively conclude that Carmelo would be the worst of that bunch

Clippers played their 3rd game in 4 nights and started a guy that played all of 16 minutes all season. Y’all gotta relax

It should be on Terry Stotts. This 2000s, iso ball offense chucking up contested off balance shots need to go. I'm not on this Melo hype train due to the fact that Melo doesnt add anything different to our offense already. More fuel to the fire, when we outshoot ourselves out of games. Melo dont play on both sides either.

Only thing he adds is bringing more national coverage and a resume as a proven scorer. Just dont know which Melo will show up. I would say 60-70% of fans in Portland are convinced Melo will turn us around.

Melo another one of those former all stars who chose to play for Portland after their prime like Shrempf, Pippen, Kemp, and Gasol

If tolliver can’t shoot, he’s worse than melo. He’s like one of the worst defenders ever.
