There’s this misconception that he doesn’t have stamina and can’t defend at all. He’s good enough with his hands, length and positioning to not get killed. He made major strides.

Average as a defender...but he doesn’t hurt you too much unless it’s the elite of the elite guards. And he’s done a decent job with different coverages.

Of course...a better head coach would get even more out of him. But Malone will do, for now
