its situational humor...not observational....so not like seinfeld....its his awkwardness that makes the entire thing funny...

I saw him the other day on tv hosted by something Nick Cannon was doing. I didn't see the entire show but someone mentioned this guy has some significandegrees and he's something like a chemical scientist or something. Anyone catch this?
