Adidas needs to ditch the 3 stripes on every single kit they do.

Nike during their 09-15 days were killing it. Nowadays it's just ****** same templates and different colors.

Is psk even a Barca fan still or just anti-Mou/ManU? [emoji]129300[/emoji] I hope everyone has enjoyed getting their shots in today, we're gonna turn this ship around in due time. And by due time I mean Saturday, I fully expect a win against Heggsy FC.

I mean shoot it's one poor 8-day span and y'all treating it like Hanukkah in here. Lettuce get this lineup figured out and we'll be fine. Still think we finish top 3 in the PL this year.

As one of a handful of resident old heads on NT sneaksoy sneaksoy , yes I am still & will always be a Barca fan. I've been watching the club longer than a lot of guys have watched footy in here plus 10 years. :rolleyes

I've stated this before, but since you're somewhat new, I'll say again. I have an enormous amount of respect for SAF & United. I'm not a big fan of the glazers or woody. I have liked Jose in the past but to quote my buddy whose been a United fan since the 70s, Jose is yesterday's man.

He hasn't shown the ability to evolve as a person/manager. He's already blaming everyone else, throwing players under the bus, & alienating players. He's flamed out spectacularly at his last 3 jobs, each one being worse than the previous one &he's failed miserably to hold himself accountable.

With most people, you get set in your ways the older you get. You add arrogance to that combo along with borderline megalomaniacal tendencies, it becomes a toxic mix. There is a pattern that's developed with Jose & it's evident to see.

BTW, for those who don't know what the word means...

The megalomaniac differs from the narcissist by the fact that he wishes to be powerful rather than charming, and seeks to be feared rather than loved. To this type belong many lunatics and most of the great men of history.

Most United fans were willing to sell their souls to the devil so to speak with Jose because they thought he would be able to turn it around rather quickly & if he got sacked or left in 3 years (like all of his previous stops), United fans thought they'd at least have one league title & they'd worry about the next manager then.

What they didn't account for is Jose inability to deal with adversity. Instead of embracing those close to him professionally to overcome odds & work hard, he does the polar opposite in spectacularly negative fashion.

The problem now is the adversity has come early & there are already whispers of players not siding with Jose & not liking how he's thrown players under the bus particularly with Shaw whom all the players seem to have enormous respect for.

The funny thing about Jose pointing out Shaw's alleged mistake is if you watch the video, It's shrek who should've made the defensive stop but he just watch homeboy run right by...

he dropped rooney for the feyenoord match though......thats not the problem
Not the  problem, but is part of it.  Moving him out allows Pogba to push forward a bit more.

Roo was missing too many of his passes and just doesn't have the pace anymore.

I never understood why Man United fans wanted or were happy with Mourinho in the first place.

not me though, I was hoping for Blanc... :\
he knows the club well - played for two seasons under Sir Alex and won a league title in his final year with the club...

Blanc managed Bordeaux for three seasons where he won a league title and the French league cup... in his final season there, Bordeaux topped their CL group which also featured Juventus and Bayern...
took over the French national team and steadied the ship(topped the qualifying group for Euro 2012) before going to PSG and helped them become one of the better sides in Europe while massaging the egos of their big-name players...

I've read that his time at PSG didn't end well and he resigned... I don't know, but it kinda feels like he still wants a shot at another big club.

LMAO I'm watching SVP on SportCenter and tell me why he just pronouced Ighalo as "Ig-hay-lo". It's like they don't even try to go over pronunciation beforehand.

I give up on anchors who pronounce athletes names wrong. Reminds me of all the times teachers in school mispronounce students names. You'd think for educated people they'd have better reading/speaking comprehension.

I see both sides honestly as foreign names are hard to pronounce but if its my job I'd put in more effort than trying to do it on the spot

i just think he's terribly overrated...

and pep is better

Terribly overrated?!?

In ten seasons of club management, Mourinho has led his club to win its domestic league eight times, the UEFA Champions League twice and the UEFA Cup once. Between 2003 and 2012, Mourinho did not go a single calendar year without winning at least one trophy.

Just look at the honours below, and you want to tell me he's overrated?!? this is becoming laughable now.

there was a question on reddit where dude asked "Do the announcers have a different screen where the names float above the players so they can see them out clearly?" everyone gave the hard answer of "no man, its not like its their job or anything to know these things

I think I would have been happy with any of the following:

Blanc
Ancelotti
Mourinho
Klopp
Pep
Simeone

I'm still happy with Mou for now, cause there's plenty of time for him to turn it around. But now is the very moment where we'll see what Mou is about for United with this Rooney and Fellaini situation.

Mou is far from overrated but he is on the verge of becoming outdated if he doesn't adapt to the current situation.

That's how I feel about a lot of managers.

A good amount of them don't want to progress and evolve past some of their old ways
