Alexis has a winning mentality,he deserves better

Arsenals problem is they only have 1 maybe 2 attack minded players. That's not enough to get the job done.

As cold as Alexis is, he's not enough to get a team over the hump.

If Chelsea relied solely on Eden Hazard they wouldn't be top of the table.

Alexis isn't enough to earn my franchise tag.

Arsenal need a leader on both ends of the ball. They need a Cristiano up front and Ramos in the back. A Zlatan and a Thiago.. they don't have that. And that's when you see different parts of their game fall apart

Arsenal needs 3 Alexis'

Srs? All Gunners in here that have PRIME'd in their Wenger In/Out stance, raise your hand please.

I know some of us been WengerOut for years and nothings changed our minds.

Srs, I only just recently started really checking this thread so my b if I don't have everyones hot takes on Wenger mentally archived but I was referring more towards cats on twitter/social media and in general, not you or anyone else in here.

WengerIn, KroenkeOut

Word, Kroenke is a scumbag. Personally, I feel worse that yall have him more than Wenger

Nunnamybidness tho..

you gotta factor in the 100 that went in and out through sale of pogba/ purchase of Gonzalo.. interested to see the wage structure over there as well.. juventus always done well from a business stand point so I don't doubt your ability.. he's just asking for BIG money, which he deserves

I don't think we've done this much spending in a long time. We've had players like Tevez, Pogba, Vidal, Pirlo for bargains and free. This year we brought in Pjanic, Pjaca, Higuain. I'm sure over the years of smart transfers buying and selling wise along with money from winning trophies, we have plenty of money for Alexis.

agreed especially when you have players like Giroud around him :{

**** em both. Kroenke is the root cause, but Wenger is complicit and didn't do or say a damn thing to challenge the culture change when Stan bought the controlling interest. Wenger Out, Kroenke OUT.

Giroud is probably the most solid guy in that dressing room :lol

960.jpg

he might be but he is exactly whats wrong with that club.. saw this on Reddit and sums him/arsenal up perfectly

Giroud must be the best example of player that personifies his team

Capable of brilliance, looks good, at times looks like a champion. But ultimately not dependable and falls short over the course of a season.

Arsenal recent history is riddled with investments in players of Giroud quality.. every summer we all highlight key areas they need to invest and every year they bring in a Giroud. Said player hits a run of form and all is forgotten.. then wheels fall off and we are all talking about the same position still needing to be addressed..

LOL easily. If Arsenal could afford to, we certainly can.
im asking cuz gonzo highest at 7.7m.. alexis currently on 11.5 wants 15-16 mil depending on who you believe (all EUR btw)... was curious if they could/would spend that type plus a transfer fee.. also know they got some loans they will be finally paying the transfers on as well.

Beans Beans can't argue with fax

That's pretty spot on. :{

Giroud should be and remain a backup striker. That's how he's best utilized and he comes through more often than not when the stressload of being the primary strikers not his responsibility.

But you can't have an entire team of Giroud's. Not if you're trying to win the league. It's going to take more than a squad of backups

But then that's where it's on the manager to go after real first team quality players. And not try to find "deals" or "slept on youth talent"

how are some of you editing your posts and its editing whats already been quoted..

also didnt know tomdiginson tomdiginson was one of these multi-club supporting fans :{

I am ? Any club vs Liverpool and it's Liverpool all the way. I may have listed clubs I like in other leagues, but it's Liverpool all the way and even if that weren't the case, I'm pretty sure 90% of this thread is multiclub supporters. They support a club in 1 league and another club in another league including your brother in arms sneaksoy sneaksoy

Nah ill go see/watch any team play but I will only ever support 1 club... 2 if you count a MLS team but that doesnt count

I mean his next post does say
I will only ever support 1 club... 2 if you count a MLS team but that doesnt count

I feel like supporting a domestic team is a little different since there's no chance the two teams would ever play.

Still have salt over SKC getting hosed on offsides against Sounders, MLS Cup could've came back to the Midwest...
