I'm trolling fam :lol

I'd rather keep cavani and PSG just take Alexis from arsenal.

Wages ain't a problem in Paris. And you can tell Alexis wants to lift some hardware. Dude is 28 and can spend the next 4 years with a smile on his face while getting paid at PSG.

Alexis is EXACTLY the type of player we need to make it past the quarter finals
Fam rust I know you're trolling. I know you've followed RVP, Sagna, Clichy, Adebayor, Nasri, Toure route and left Arsenal for Manchester clubs. You should've taken the Cesc route n went to west London

:lol I'm a changed man now, b. Everyone gets the extended love, even west london. :smokin

Thats basically a 70 chem FUT of the season

You got me curious so I googled a FUT simulator to see what the chem would be :lol  it only got to 60 :lol  I swapped a couple players and got it to a 73 though :lol

Damn, I was pretty close :lol

Thats all I ever think about these world teams/team of the week/season type of lists.

FIFA has ruined my taking it seriously. First thing I think is "I wonder what the chem on FIFA is tho"

Daaamn Darlington, back at it again with the national team.

Portland Timbers midfielder Darlington Nagbe has been called into camp with the U.S. Men’s National Team for the team’s annual January training camp from Jan. 10-Feb. 3, it was announced today.

Bruce already doing things better than Klinnsy :hat

JK handling of Nagbe is not something I can fault him for. He integrated Nagbe the second he became a citizen.

Can't fault him for leaving Nagbe at home for the Hex games when Nagbe straight up declined to come to the camp the month prior.

wheres all the bpl players in that uefa team of the year?

Entire front 6 la liga, 2 of the back 4 (although pique and boateng can be swapped for more deserving players in their respective leagues.)

8 out of 10 outfield players in la liga.

Where the hell does all the EPLs money go :lol

Klinnsy burned the bridge by refusing to play him more. Nagbe also has fault for expecting to just walk into a starting role if that's how it went down. Either way, both were dumb about the situation.

I kinda disagree. Nagbe wasn't entitled to a starting role or minutes, and he got plenty of latter. Pulisic's emergence hurt him but competition is a part of football.

If Nagbe felt bridges were burned then that reeks of entitlement and makes declining the October call up even worse. I really hope that's not the case.

If Nagbe wins a starting job under Bruce, it still wouldn't change that, but there would at least be a stronger case to be made that JK had it wrong on this specific issue.

Thing is I'm not all sure that Nagbe walks right in and wins a starting job under Bruce, I think it's more llikely he's used in the same way he was with JK, first attacking sub off the bench.

Nah I agree with you. Nags walked in and expected to be handed something from what we gather from the reports. That was wrong of him. He might have the juice in Portland, but the kid needs to realize he's competing for minutes against the best team he'll ever be a part of. Klinsmann might have handled it hamfisted, and probably tried to bring Nagbe down to earth in a way that Porter doesn't (Jurgen was probably very direct and blunt about things). I can't say if Nagbe was being a prima donna, but the kid needs to show fire in his game day in, day out, regardless of how well he did yesterday, and realize minutes don't come as easy when everyone around you is as good as you.

I don't think we'll ever have the full story of what happened last year. But the situation was all around ******.

Eh the fact Nagbe decided to powerplay Jürgen and the USMNT by declining camp invites puts him in the wrong IMO

Unless behind closed doors Jürgen had treated him outrageously poorly (and from all accounts Nagbe was simply disappointed with playing time) then I have a hard time placing the onus on Jürgen, and I love piling on Jürgen.

I definitely hear you guys. I've often wondered if playing for Caleb Porter as a pro was the best thing for Nagbe's development.

He's had the same coach for going on 9 years now. He's played exclusively for Caleb Porter since he was 18yo.
