Called and told them the deal. They acted like this happens all the time. Now they are sending me another "Dark Knight Rises" and "Django Unchained".

it does. the bulk of the time, my dvd sleeves have a slight tear on them so the title underneath can be read. fortunately, i hardly ever rent any popular titles so losing the discs to staff isn't something i tend to worry about - especially since Netflix just sends a replacement as soon as you report it if/when it does. annoying as hell when it does happen, though.
