Lyrically from the bone thugs aspect, Bizzy and Krazie was better on Thug Luv vs Notorious Thugs
Biggie did switch his style and WRECKED so he def had a better verse than PAC
PAC got that raw emotion though....
Ill say one thing though, Those two songs proved that Bone Thugs were one of the GOATS IMO
