For real though, that would make me want to quit on the spot...I'm guilty of discussing my salary with co-workers and never saw harm in it until now. There was one situation I had at work though, where a co-worker who had more time in and trained me was getting LESS than I was. Once I told him how much Igot, he went straight to the manager, but they bumped his salary to the right level and mine remained the same, so it was win-win for us.
