Tips for upgrading seats at a basketball games?

i'm too lazy to take the escalators all the way down from staples center to try and get a seat. it's a mission.

One time I was escorted to a seat in the nosebleeds where my seat was supposed to be. And these drunks spilled beer all over me and my friend's seat. Sothe usher felt bad and brought us down to courtside where they served us Heineken next to Eva Longoria.

It's all in who you talk to bro.

Most Ushers at Lakers games are Ushers at Dodger games. I've talked to a couple, if there are open seats and you slip them some cash, they will get you acouple of seats. They admit it. You have to be slick though. You know the Vegas trick where you put a $20 in between your credit card and ID. Try putting a$20 in between a pair of tickets

Why don't you just buy good seats???

Save yourself the hassle. Instead of watching the game you're missing it scouting for seats just so when you get there some people can say "Hey,you're in our seats." Pass.

you got that team lakers in your sig so im sure you already know what those lower level laker seats are running for.

i think i much rather get an upper level seat for $20 something scout out the empty seats and try my luck. worse case scenario i don't get to move up, its not the end of the world.

I saw the Wolves offering up $20 for 2 lower level seats, a beer a piece, and food...but then you have to watch the Wolves.

One thing that annoyed me so bad was people sitting in my seats in the balcony when I arrived. My season tickets were in the last row of the balcony and stillpeople think they can just bring like 8 friends together from different sections and get lucky. But yea, keep doin your thing...they can't kick you out forit, so there's nothing to lose...except seeing some of the game...it's a good trade-off.

Seats are easy to come by here, it's just the ushers are +!%%@%%% here so it's tough to get down sometimes. My excuses will work most times though. Ifnot just ask another usher

heres a suggestion, I havent done it yet. Right before you leave to go to your game check stubhub to see what seat #'s are still available and havent beensold. Once you get to the game try checking those sections and see if anyone has arrived. If no one has arrived by the end of the 1st quarter most likely thosetickets didnt sell.

Damn, that sounds like it might work. You could even photoshop one of those printable tickets to show the usher but you might be able to get intosome trouble for that no?
