PokerStars or Full Tilt I would say are the best for US based players, I personally play on PokerStars. I used instant e-checks as my deposit method becausemost credit cards do not allow use for online gambling because of restrictions.

Its pretty hard to do that because it only allows one player per IP address, so unless he had 4 different connections I would find that tough todo.. people do try and communicate with eachother to bet out other players and steal pots (called colluding) but even the people that do try to do thataren't smart enough to figure out how to use this advantage to their advantage. Just like live casino's there are people watching, they can see whencertain players play at cash table often together and it can result in a banishment of your account

yeah its a deposit option most major online casinos have, how it works is you setup an account through the site you'll be playing on byproviding your bank account number, routing number etc and it takes it directly out of your checking/savings account.
