I can’t believe Columbia is number two given some of the areas around the city. Harbison and the Midlands are great for shopping but everything else was not the best. Though my Alma Mater is USC.

^ 18-24 years olds are going there for school. Not hard to believe with most of the list. Tampa I'm not familiar with for this age demographic, but their housing market has been going up for a while so theres an influx of people moving anyway.
