  1. Stone Cold Steve Austin.
  2. Triple H
  3. Mick Foley
Some honorable mentions would be The Rock, Undertaker etc. I think one of the most underrated feuds in the WWF/E was the Triple H/Mick Foley one. Anyone remember their epic Street Fight at the Royal Rumble 2000 and Hell in a Cell at No Way Out 2000? Foley gave the perfect boost to Triple H's career.
