Cook them halfway (Soggy noodles ftl.) , put the seasoning in a bowl drain water if I used to much, add the rest to thebowl of seasoning and

cut up some slices of ham or chicken and throw them in with the cooking noodles. drain about 80% of the broth when done cooking. add some all purpose seasoningand a bit of garlic salt...

I usually make my own ramen or rather udon fresh from scratch (not the noodles themselves, but the stock) and it comes out real good.

The instant ramen is loaded with saturated fat. Not my style
